Shipping policy

Mapayah is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. Currently, we group orders and ship once a week. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier services and our in-house delivery agents. 

International Orders

Currently, we only accept online orders for shipments within INDIA.  For international shipping addresses, please contact us and we will address each order individually.

SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders irrespective of order value.  

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. You can track your order status once shipped by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can can also email us at mail@mapayah.com

If you would like to ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 3 - 12 working days depending on the product ordered. We will notify you of the delivery date as soon as the shipment leaves our fulfillment centre. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Delivery of the orders will be made only to the address mentioned during the check-out process. Please ensure that the delivery address with a Landmark and Receiver's name and contact number is accurate and complete.

Mapayah will not be responsible for being unable to fulfil orders as per notified time given to customers, in situations or circumstances like, transport hurdles, traffic conditions, strikes, accident, natural calamity, etc. or any other condition which is beyond our control. Our customers are expected to accept the delivery and are liable to make full payment as per the order booking.
